We were delighted to welcome a great French Market to the Festival. There was a fantastic arrange of products presented on the street market, including:
Food Stalls:
BREAD and VIENNOISERIE baked on site, CHEESES (many types of cow, goat & ewe’s cheeses from all regions of France), SMOKED HAM (speciality made in Normandy), CHARCUTERIE (many sorts of pâtés, garlic sausages, dry sausages…), OLIVES & OLIVE OIL FRUITS SECS & TURKISH DELIGHTS, GARLIC & ONIONS, BISCUITS from Brittany with Apple and Calvados Fondant homemade cakes, MUSTARDS, SAUCES and SPICES, CASSOULETS, FOIE GRAS & FISH SOUPS, JAMS and FRUITY SYRUPS PANCAKES (a great range of crepes) & WAFFLES, SWEETS & PEANUTS, WINES, CIDER, CALVADOS and APPLE JUICE from a Norman producer.
Craft Stalls:
SAVONS de MARSEILLE & LAVANDER - PROVENCAL TABLECLOTHES, Scented POTS POURRI and dried flowers - PLASTIC COATED TABLECLOTHS, JEWELLERY - LEATHER HANDBAGS, PURSES, SCHOOLBAGS and ARTICLES of CLOTHING.
