| Waterbeach
is a large village with a population of over 4500 and is
situated 6 miles north of Cambridge, just off the A10 trunk
road with easy access onto the A14 and to the City's Business
and Science parks. The village offers a good range of facilities
including a variety of shops, primary school, doctors surgery
and regular bus service. In addition, it has a rail station
on the Cambridge to London Kings Cross line (approx 8 minutes
to Cambridge and approx 1 hour 10 minutes to London). It
is also within easy reach of the A14 and the M11.
