| Willingham
is a fen edge village that lies on the edge of the great fen.
It has excellent village amenities plus an historic norman
church, renowned for it's fine wall painting's.
Willingham is located on the route that pilgrims to Ely Cathedral
would have walked. The Cattell's windmill is a fine example
of a fen mill that has been recently restored and fitted with
new sails.
Willingham is also home to a very impressive earthwork called
Belsar's Hill, an ancient fortress, that at one time would
have a great view of the fens.
