Understanding Dementia – A FREE Information Event

Firs House and Telegraph Street Patient Participation Group in partnership with the Histon Baptist Church, is delighted to invite you to a FREE information evening.

When: 11th October 7.00 for 7.30 – 9.00p.m.

Where: Histon Baptist Church, Station Road, Histon CB24 9LQ.  (Parking available).

Our speakers will be Valerie Freestone, Clinical Specialist Dementia Nurse and Dr. Simon Poole, local GP.  Topics include :

  • Preventing dementia
  • Writing your own care plans
  • Maintaining independent Living
  • How friends and family can help

Followed by an informal question and answer session.
